How do I book?
Pick your dates and the kind of place, then create your account, add a photo of your ID, review and sign the rental agreement online, and pay. You get a confirmation straight away, and everything lives in your account.
How long can I stay?
Most places rent by the month, in true calendar months: a stay that starts on the 17th renews on the 17th. Each listing shows its minimum stay and the price for it.
What does the rent cover?
Each listing says exactly what is included. Many of our places include water, electric, sewer and Wi-Fi in the rent, so there is no utility bill on top.
How do I pay?
Online at checkout, with the payment types each property accepts, such as card, Cash App or Zelle. Monthly stays can pay automatically each month. Your payments and receipts are in your account.
Is there hotel tax?
It depends on the place and how long you stay. In Texas, stays of 30 nights or more are exempt from hotel occupancy tax. Any tax that applies is shown before you pay.
Can I change or cancel?
Each property sets its own cancellation policy, shown on the listing and before you pay. You can message the office from your account any time.
