What we collect when you send a request, why, and who sees it.

What we collect

When you submit a request we collect the name, phone number, email address and any details you type into the form, together with the page you submitted from, the assistant conversation path you followed, your IP address and the time of submission.

Why we collect it

Solely to route your request to the right brand in our network and to respond to it. The assistant path is stored so whoever contacts you already knows what you were looking for. What you type into the assistant is matched on your own device and is not sent to any third-party AI service.

Who sees it

Home9 and the brand in our network that handles your request. We do not sell, rent or auction your details to third-party lead buyers. Requests about the ADU container duplex product are also sent to the manufacturing contact for that product.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to serve your request and to keep ordinary business records. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except where we are required to retain them.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If you sign in to the admin portal, a single session cookie is used to keep you signed in. Campaign parameters in a link you followed (such as utm_source) are recorded with your request so we know which campaign it came from.
