Rent covers everything: water, electric, sewer, and WiFi. We have an on-site laundry facility available. It is set up for oilfield crews, long-term residents and travelers who need a clean, quiet place to park.

A custom-built laundry house with coin washer and dryer. It is spray-foam insulated with a tankless water heater and a mini-split.
